Refund and Returns Policy

Overview and Pre-Purchase Inquiry At Aura Timepieces, we strive for excellence in every transaction. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we highly recommend that you contact our customer service team before finalizing your purchase if you have any questions or concerns regarding our products. Our representatives are available to provide technical details, additional imagery, or any information you may need to ensure the product meets your expectations.

3-Day Inspection and Return Period Our refund and returns policy is strictly limited to 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your product was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. We encourage all customers to inspect their items immediately upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Accompanied by all original tags, protective films, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To maintain our quality standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items showing any signs of wear, sizing, or physical alteration
  • Items purchased during special “Sale” or clearance events (Only regular priced items may be refunded).

The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the watch.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your balance.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@auratimepieces.store.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to a technical defect, please send us an email at info@auratimepieces.store to initiate the process.

Shipping Returns To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team via email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a valid tracking number.
